Dr. Henry S. Lodge is a board-certified internist in New York City, head of a 23-doctor practice, and member of the clinical faculty at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. He writes a monthly column in Self magazine. Dr. Lodge and Chris Crowley are authors of the Younger Next Year books, are also patient and doctor, and creators of the Younger Next Year program (www.youngernextyear.com).
