Steven Bennett is Executive Director of the Horsemanship Safety Association (HSA). Developed in 1964, HSA is a program to teach safe riding techniques to instructors and equestrians. HSA received the National Safety Council's Community Safety Award for Exemplary Public Safety in 1985.
