Pet owners should be liable with regards to their animals. Refrain from blaming the animals as a result of idiot owners. I have owned Rottweilers for years and I feel that I am responsible for them. The well-being and level of comfort of my neighbors had to be a important element in my personal ownership of Rottwielers. The companionship and basic safety the dogs have provided me has always been wonderful. I’ve have experienced a large number, well-trained Rottweilers and so-called “dangerous dog breeds”. It certainly is a point in time to blame incompetent owners and definitely not the animal.
