Martha Holmberg

Martha Holmberg is an award-winning food writer and editor living in Portland, Oregon. She was founding editor of the city’s MIX Magazine as well as editor of the food section of The Oregonian. Before moving to Portland, Holmberg was editor in chief of Fine Cooking magazine for more than 10 years. She is the author of Modern Sauces, a teacher, and the CEO of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
